Project Overview

House of Hype is an immersive digital entertainment destination located in Riyadh Boulevard, Saudi Arabia. Designed as a vibrant digital wonderland, the project combines bold architectural elements, themed environments, interactive entertainment, and highly specialized construction works to create a distinctive visitor experience.

Greystone Contracting, in collaboration with Fiesta Holding, Atrium Architecture, and ARCUS Contracting, contributed to the delivery of this challenging project as a main contractor.

Despite the project’s complexity and extensive scope, House of Hype was successfully delivered within just 80 days, demonstrating strong coordination, technical expertise, and the ability to execute large-scale themed entertainment environments under demanding schedules.
